Instructions for Submitting Your Family Groupsheet
    The chart below is made for a family of 12 children. To simplify listing the Family Group Sheets and preventing duplication, the charts will be listed under the *husband's* surname.

    We hope that you will also submit a separate chart on the mother's family. NOTE: If the mother's father is unknown, please list ONLY the surname in the "husband's" block.

    If there is more than one spouse, please submit a Family Group Sheet for each.


    Please do NOT send attachments. Thank you!

      • COPY AND PASTE the following chart into an
      • email (apeebles@sat-co.net) and fill in the blanks.
      • Put all SURNAMES in capital letters.
      • DO NOT include LIVING PERSONS on these charts
      • Add any additional information in the area left for "notes".
      • We strongly encourage everyone to quote their sources in the notes area!
